Something is not working!

This is a question we often receive - whilst there can be many reasons behind something not working, the simplest reason is that you need to restart your server after any configuration change. This includes your stream name, mountpoint settings, server visibility, DJ accounts, etc.

If you're still experiencing issues, please check if there isn't an article in the knowledgebase that already answers your question first, before opening any support ticket. This will speed up our response times for you and every other client.
